Combinação improvável? Talvez. Mas a verdade é que gosto de ambos e nos seus diferentes estilos acabam os dois por estar à frente no seu tempo e dominarem a forma e a matéria de uma maneira que me impressiona desde o primeiro contacto com o seu trabalho. E foi o desejo de criar uma colecção sofisticada com aquela expressão futurista da Zaha Hadid mas ao mesmo tempo com a organicidade do trabalho de Gaudí que culminou nestas primeiras peças, de uma colecção cheia de possibilidades.

Unlikely combination? Maybe. But the truth is, I love both, in their different styles they have being ahead on their time and the way that they control the form and the material  strikes me from the first contact with their work. It was the desire to create a sophisticated collection with that futuristic look of Zaha Hadid but at the same time with the organicity of Gaudí’s work that culminated in these first pieces of a collection full of possibilities.
